Visit the Chicago Botanic Garden, where summer's abundance is evident everywhere you turn. See theVictoria waterlily in the Heritage Garden. It blooms for two nights only and turns from female to male. This week, plants in bloom include Meidomonac Bonica shrub rose, Mystic Spires Blue salvia, rose turtlehead, and Deam's coneflower.
